What you can book in Tempe
Four ways to read
your body.
Each test answers one clear question about your physiology. Stack a few in one visit for the fullest read. Red Light Therapy is offered at our Tempe location.

DEXA Body Composition Scan
The gold standard for body composition. One open-air pass charts fat mass, lean tissue, visceral fat, and bone density region by region at ±2% clinical accuracy, so you read what you are built from, not just what the scale says.

VO₂ Max Test
The ceiling on what you can do, and the floor on how long you live. Walk or run on a treadmill while we measure your aerobic capacity directly, then map how to lift it. No wrist sensor estimates this for you.

RMR Metabolism Test
Calculator estimates can miss your real metabolism by 20 to 30%. Breathe into a mask for 15 minutes and leave with your measured daily calorie baseline, so your nutrition runs with your biology instead of against a guess.
Red Light Therapy
Available at our Tempe suite. Specific wavelengths of low-level red light delivered over the skin, a recovery-minded session that sits alongside the measurement side of what we do.

Quick answers
Common questions.
We pair clinical-grade equipment with data-powered reporting built on over a decade of real-world data across 4 continents. Most places hand you a number and send you off. We hand you the number, the context around it, the likely drivers, and the next move worth making.
Yes. A DEXA scan uses a very low dose of X-ray, well under a standard chest X-ray and on par with a few hours of the background radiation you absorb every day. The technology has been a research and clinical reference standard for decades and is considered safe for most healthy adults.
The DEXA scan takes about 8 minutes. VO₂ Max runs roughly 15 minutes. RMR is about 15 minutes of quiet breathing. Stack all three and you are usually in and out inside an hour, check-in and a walkthrough of your numbers included.
Start with the DEXA scan. It shows whether the weight coming off is fat or muscle, which the scale cannot tell you. Roughly 1 in 3 pounds lost on GLP-1 therapy is lean mass, and the scan tells you whether that is happening to you. Add RMR to read how your metabolism is responding.
Red Light Therapy uses specific wavelengths of low-level light delivered over the skin and is offered at our Tempe location. It pairs well with the measurement side of what we do. Pick a Red Light Therapy session from the scheduler to reserve a time.
Yes, and we encourage it. DexaFit reports use the same clinical technology and terminology physicians work with. Plenty of clients bring their numbers to a GP, endocrinologist, sports medicine doctor, or dietitian. The data drops straight into a clinical conversation.
Most clients return every 3 to 6 months to see how their body is answering training, nutrition, or protocol changes. One session sets your baseline. The next ones show what is working, down to the tissue.
